Carrier registration so your texts actually arrive

A guided application that registers the builder's business with the carriers — brand, then campaign — and turns texting on automatically when it clears.

What it is

The full A2P 10DLC pipeline, self-serve. A staged wizard collects the business, the authorised contact and the message samples; the platform builds the customer profile, the trust product and the brand registration, then creates the campaign once the brand is approved, and activates texting when the campaign verifies.

See it, piece by piece
01

Carrier registration, done inside the product, so your texts are not silently filtered

US carriers filter unregistered business texting: the message is accepted, the customer never sees it, and nothing anywhere looks wrong. The wizard collects the business, the authorised person and the message samples, files the brand and then the campaign, and switches texting on when the carriers clear you. One registration per business covers every number you hold.

02

Your privacy policy and terms pages are read before anything is filed

The check actually loads those URLs and inspects them: is the policy public with no login wall, does it carry the mobile-information statement, are the terms specific to the messaging programme. A rule that is provably broken stops the submission, because every filing costs money and days. A site that is merely unreachable is a warning, never a block.

03

The application wording comes pre-written in the shape reviewers accept — and rejections are decoded

Every builder here has the same use case, so the description, the consent narrative and the sample texts are generated to the carriers' length and content rules instead of drafted from nothing. Carrier verdicts are kept in their own words, with the numbered codes turned into the sentence you have to change. Improvements to the wording reach drafts that were already saved, so nobody refiles the exact text that was just rejected.

04

Registrations move themselves along, and texting turns on the day you clear

A background job checks what is in flight, creates the campaign when the brand approves, and activates texting when the campaign verifies — nobody has to remember to look. The one failure that resolves with time retries on its own, and a real failure emails you once a day rather than once an hour. The monthly carrier fee starts when texting starts, not while you are waiting.

How it works
  1. 1Secondary Customer Profile (the business ID card) → A2P Trust Product → Brand Registration, each evaluated and submitted
  2. 2Carriers verify the EIN against government records (minutes to about a day)
  3. 3Once the brand approves, a campaign is created on the org's Messaging Service with use case, samples and opt-in flow (typically 1–5 business days)
  4. 4Registration is per BUILDER: one brand → one campaign → one messaging service → many numbers
  5. 5A background job advances every in-flight registration and flips texting on without an operator
Why we built it

Unregistered business texting in the US is not blocked with an error — the carrier accepts the message, the customer never receives it, and nothing anywhere looks wrong. A builder can spend a week following up on estimates that were never delivered and conclude their customers are ignoring them. Registration is a guided application that files the business with the carriers, brand then campaign, and turns texting on by itself when it clears.

The problem
  • Silent carrier filtering of unregistered traffic
  • A compliance process written for carriers, not builders
  • Registrations stalling with nobody watching them
Sound familiar?
What you get
Texts that actually reach customers
The application is answered in plain language
Texting switches itself on the moment the carriers clear you
What's inside
Refuses to file an application it can prove will fail
Before submission the platform fetches and reads your privacy and terms pages, and blocks the filing if a rule is provably broken.
Pre-written campaign wording that passes review
The campaign description, opt-in narrative and sample messages are written for you in the shape reviewers accept, and refreshed when the wording improves.
Every filing, every carrier verdict, and what each rejection actually asks you to change
A history of brand and campaign filings with the verbatim carrier reason, the error codes pulled out of it, and a specific fix per code.
The button says the thing that has to happen next
One shared derivation turns four carrier objects into a stage, a button label and a one-line reason — so the status chip, the button and the wizard can never disagree.
Registrations advance themselves
A scheduled job polls every in-flight registration, creates the campaign when the brand clears, activates texting when the campaign verifies, and retries the one failure that fixes itself.
Carrier fees billed at your own rate, automatically
The one-time brand fee invoices when the brand is submitted, and the monthly campaign fee starts when texting actually turns on.
Trust Center — carrier approvals across every account
One screen showing brand and campaign verdicts, approved use case and the numbers riding each approval, for every sub-account plus the unregistered ones.
