On a lead's card, Plan options sends floor plans from the 3D builder's template catalogue before anything is priced. Send plan options filters the catalogue by what you heard on the call — living sq ft (and how close), one or two storeys, bedrooms, budget and shop space — closest first, and you tick up to four. You get a private link to copy, or Email it / Text it from the card. The lead signs in with their name, email and phone (no password, the same door as an estimate), sees each plan drawn floor by floor, turns it around in 3D, and presses Pick this one with an optional note about what they'd change. The card shows every sign-in, the time spent on each plan up close and each visit; a pick tells the lead's own rep and the team, and Start estimate from this plan opens the 3D builder on exactly that plan for this lead. Leads who never pick can go onto a follow-up sequence after the days you set. Exclusively post-frame and barndominium builders — the plans are barndominiums and shop houses drawn to code.

- 6On the card, read Time on each plan, up close, Who signed in and the visits — then press Start estimate from this plan.
- 7Under If they don't pick, choose how many days and which sequence; Make the 7, 14, 30, 60-day sequence (draft) writes one for you to read and activate.
Keith, after a call with Tonya Sanders at Okie Barndominiums on 10-23: a stage before the estimate. You talk to them first — roughly 2,400 sq ft, one storey or two, a budget — then choose three or four plans that fit and send them. They log in, you can see that they logged in, what they looked at and for how long, and when they pick one you're told, you talk through the tweaks and come back with the estimate. Pricing a building before the buyer has settled on a layout means pricing it twice. The ones who look and never pick are window shoppers; they go onto follow-ups at 7, 14 and 30 days, then monthly — through the same sequences engine that stops when they reply or book, and that sends nothing until a person presses Activate.
- An estimate drawn up for a layout the buyer was never going to choose.
- No sign of which plan a buyer keeps coming back to.
- Leads who looked at plans and went quiet with nobody following up.
