A public page at /f/{sourceKey} rendering the tenant's configured fields, headline, intro, button text and thank-you message, branded with their name, logo and accent colour. The default field set is name, phone, email and what are you looking to build. Submissions ride the exact same intake engine as the webhook path.
Also called: get a quote form · website form · lead capture page · QR code form
A working quote form on a site nobody here hosts
Builders on Wix and Squarespace kept asking how to connect a website that cannot run a plugin and cannot fire a webhook. Every website lead source gets a branded quote form on its own link — your name, your logo, your colour, no developer, no integration. Link it from a paid ad, a Get a quote button, or the QR code on a yard sign.
Name, phone, email and what they want built — or whatever you decide
That is the default set, because those four answers are what a rep needs to make the first call worth making. Headline, intro, button wording, thank-you message and the fields themselves are all yours to change. Nothing about the page says the platform's name in front of your prospect.
A form lead lands in New Lead like every other lead
Submissions run the same intake as an ad form or an imported list: duplicate checks, field mapping, notifications, straight onto the board. It is not a second inbox to remember. The alternative most builders live with is a website form emailing an address nobody opens until a customer phones to ask why they never heard back.
The campaign that produced the lead rides along with it
The form attaches the referring page, the five campaign parameters and the Google and Facebook click identifiers to every submission, so which ad bought which job stops being a guess made from whichever week felt busy. If none of it is present the lead still submits — attribution is a bonus and never a reason to lose an enquiry.
Spam is caught without a puzzle in front of your customer
A field named like a real one sits hidden in the page where only an automated submitter will fill it, and anything that fills it sees the thank-you screen while nothing is recorded. It returns success rather than an error deliberately: an error teaches the sender what tripped it and it comes back adapted. Junk leads are worse than annoying — they train a builder to ignore lead notifications, and that is how a real one gets missed.
Too busy to take work is a switch, not a deletion
A paused source stops accepting submissions and says so with your name still on the page, instead of leaving prospects and live ad spend on a browser error. A link that no longer resolves says the link may be out of date rather than showing nothing at all. Turning intake back on is the same switch.
The same form drops straight into your own website
An embed mode strips the page down to a transparent, self-sized form so it sits inside your site as one snippet. There is nothing to build twice — the standalone link and the on-site version are the same form, with the same fields and the same intake behind them.
- 1The source key resolves the lead source and its owning org; only webform and custom kinds serve a form
- 2Org display name, logo and primary colour drive the page branding
- 3Saved form config overrides the defaults field by field
- 4Submissions POST to the same public intake endpoint the webhook uses, so dedupe, mapping and notifications all apply
- 5A paused source shows an explanation instead of a 404, and a missing one says the link may be out of date
Builders kept asking how to connect a website the platform does not host and cannot install anything on. They get a hosted enquiry form on their own link, branded to them, needing no plugin, no developer and no webhook — which matters on site builders like Wix and Squarespace, where webhooks are not an option at all. Leads land in the same pipeline as every other source.
- Builders with no way to wire their site into the system
- Website builders where webhooks are not available
- Lead sources without a landing surface
