What it is

A to-do, not a dashboard. Tiles with nothing in them stay quiet and do not render at all. Each tile carries the first two names behind its number and the rest on hover, is toned by urgency, and links to the exact filtered view where the work is done.

How it works
  1. 1One call computes every count from the pipeline, signups, tasks and the journey model.
  2. 2Uncontacted means in more than four hours with no first touch; going cold means no action in seven days.
  3. 3Onboarding stuck means live seven or more days with no first estimate.
  4. 4At-risk accounts come from the latest daily client-success snapshot, never a live recompute, so Today stays fast.
  5. 5Every tile deep-links with the right filter already applied — the stuck scope on Journeys, the provisioned junction, the signups tab.
Why we built it
