An hourly job over the agency's own pipeline. Each rule creates a task for the right person, or emails the builder their next step, and each is idempotent — a task carries its rule key, and a rule that already acted on a deal does not act again until the state changes.
Also called: nobody followed up · automatic reminders for the sales team · chase the deal · sales manager automation
- 1R1: lead in, untouched for two days -> task for the rep, and it appears on Home's Today strip.
- 2R2: proposal sent, not opened in three days -> task to nudge them.
- 3R3: paid, signed or booked but the setup form is not done in 48 hours -> email the builder their next step (every three days, max four) plus a task for the rep.
- 4R4: card idle seven days in any stage -> flagged going cold once, plus a task.
- 5R5: account provisioned seven days with no first estimate -> task for the onboarding owner.
- 6R6: owner digest once a day — what is waiting, in one email.
- 7Tasks ride the existing reminder system for email, text and push.
The cron states the gap it closed: 'The tenant-side automations (stage / attention / follow-up crons) never covered org _platform, so a lead going cold in Demo triggered nothing unless a rep hand-set a reminder. These rules do what a good sales manager does every morning.'
- The agency's own pipeline was excluded from every automation it sold.
- Chasing depended on a rep remembering to set a reminder.
- Repeated rules produced duplicate tasks for the same situation.
