The whole signup funnel as its own page. In progress holds anyone who started checkout, signed, paid or booked but has not finished the setup form — money or a signature is in hand and the account is not. Each row states where they are and what they still owe, how long it has been, and how many times they have been nudged.

- 1Rows show amount, paid date, current step, the next thing required, and time since.
- 2Nudge emails the builder their next step and records the count and timestamp.
- 3Review expands the full intake — legal name, tax id, address, phone, website, invoice prefix, accolades — plus the last provisioning run step by step.
- 4Provision creates the account from a completed setup form and reports per-step results.
- 5Archive requires a reason from a fixed list plus an optional note; Cancel & refund shows whether the 72-hour window is still open and warns when it is not.
- 6Delete is for test and junk data only and says plainly that no record is kept.
Promoted out of the dashboard because the old section 'only ever showed three of the states'. The In progress definition is the point, quoted in the code: 'Started checkout / signed / paid / booked — but hasn't finished the setup form. Money or a signature is in hand; the account isn't.'
- People who had already paid could sit invisible between states.
- A partly-failed provisioning run was undiagnosable after a reload.
- Archiving without a reason produced a queue nobody could explain later.
