Create and send a proposal from the deal

Author the prospect's own proposal page from their card — package, exclusivity count, discount, optional password — email it, and watch the funnel tick back onto the card.

What it is

A section on the card that creates the page a builder opens at their own proposal URL: packages, exclusivity, terms, payment, contract and setup form. Sending emails the link with an optional personal note, moves the card to Proposal, and everything afterwards — views, payment, signature, provisioning — flows back automatically.

The Proposal section on the card: the create form collapsed to 'Create & send proposal', then the sent state with slug, view count and the four-step tick list. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Fill package, exclusivity count, discount, the recipient email and an optional password gate.
  2. 2A personal note can be included in the email.
  3. 3Sending moves the stage and records the send on the timeline.
  4. 4The section then shows the slug, view count and a checklist — sent, opened, paid and signed, sub-account provisioned — with a link straight into the account once it exists.
  5. 5The form is laid out one column because it lives in a narrow rail.
Why we built it

The proposals library records what it replaced: 'The page a builder sees at /proposals/[slug] … was hand-made once for Graber by editing the proposals table. Now the panel authors it: from an opportunity card ("Send proposal") or from the Proposals page, prefilled from what we already know about the builder.'

The problem
  • Each proposal page was hand-built by editing database rows.
  • What happened after sending was invisible on the deal.
  • Terms discussed on a call were re-typed by hand into a document.

What you get
A proposal goes out during the call it was agreed on.
Views, payment and signature land back on the deal without anyone updating it.
The link is one thing the prospect can read on their own time.
