The signed agreement on file

The signup record behind an account: who signed, when, the frozen document version, the initialled sections, and a link to the full signed agreement.

What it is

A tab showing everything the proposal funnel produced for this account — package, amount, paid date, subscription, contract signer and signing time, whether a signature image is on file, which sections were initialled, and the frozen document version with its build date and section count.

The Contract card: signer, signed-at, 'frozen v3, built 12 Aug, 14 sections', initialled section chips and the agreement link. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Reads the signup record for this account, cache-first so the tab paints instantly.
  2. 2Shows agreed-at and signed-at separately, since they are different acts.
  3. 3Links to the full signed agreement document.
  4. 4An account created manually rather than through a proposal says so plainly instead of rendering an empty shell.
Why we built it

The panel exists because contract facts were only recoverable by reading raw rows. Its sibling exclusivity flow states the rule the whole record depends on — the FREEZE INVARIANT: 'the signed contract_document is NEVER rewritten.' What was signed stays exactly as it was signed.

The problem
  • A signed agreement's contents could not be produced on request.
  • Nobody could say which document version a customer actually agreed to.
  • Manually created accounts looked broken on a tab built for funnel signups.

What you get
The exact agreement, version and signature are one click away.
The signed document is frozen — nothing later rewrites it.
