A Calls & demos section listing upcoming appointments with a link through to the calendar, and a composer that books discovery calls, demos and onboarding calls. The switch between 'I have a time' and 'send an invitation' reflects how the call actually went, not which screen you are on. Each kind also has a Copy link action for a self-serve booking page.

- 1Book with a date and time when you have one; the appointment lands on the agency calendar attached to the card.
- 2If nobody answered, switch to the invitation: pick how it came about so the opening line matches reality, optionally write your own opener, and send.
- 3The copy-link action puts a self-serve booking link on the clipboard for that kind of call.
- 4Booked calls light the corresponding node on the journey and tick the stage checklist.
- 5Every appointment row links to that exact appointment on the calendar.
The component states the design, 'On the phone with them: ask what suits, pick it, done — that's when. Rang and got nothing: there IS no time, so send a warm branded invitation with a button and let them choose. Same composer, one switch, because which one you need is decided by how the call went, not by which screen you're on.' The calendar link became an icon after pointed out the label was 'so long'.
