Book the onboarding call for them

A month grid of real free slots inside the account, pre-filled with the customer's details, so the onboarding call is booked on the phone in one click.

What it is

A tab that pulls genuine availability from the agency calendar for a whole month, shows the free times per day, and books the slot with the customer's name, email and phone already filled in from their account record.

The month grid with available days highlighted, the slot list for a selected day, and the pre-filled name/email/phone fields under it. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1The month window is aligned to Pacific day boundaries and kept under the calendar API's 31-day maximum.
  2. 2Days with no availability are visibly unavailable; clicking a day shows the free times.
  3. 3Contact details are pre-filled from the account owner and editable.
  4. 4Confirm books the slot and reports it back on the account.
Why we built it

The panel records the decision it embodies: 'WE book the tenant's onboarding call from here (buyers can't book themselves — the public booking flow was removed).' The month-window maths was ported from the retired public booking modal and reskinned to the panel theme rather than rewritten.

The problem
  • Self-serve booking put a scheduling puzzle in front of a customer who just wanted a time.
  • Booking meant leaving the account screen and coming back.

What you get
The call is on the calendar before the phone call ends.
Only genuinely free times can be picked.
