A per-line switch, on by default, that adds every eligible signed-in user's browser to the same simultaneous ring as the cell forwards. First to answer wins. If nobody is signed in it costs nothing — there is simply no client to ring.

A call answered on someone's cell is invisible: no recording, no duration, nothing written against the customer, and no way for anyone else to know it happened. Every rep's memory becomes the only record of what was agreed. Signed-in browsers now ring alongside the cell forwards, so a call can be picked up inside the product where it is logged and recorded — and if the browser is closed, the cell still rings.
