My Profile

The individual person's own settings — display name, profile picture, their role read-only, their notification preferences and their saved contract signature.

What it is

The one settings tab available to every role. It shows display name and profile photo, states the person's role with an explanation that only another admin can change it, and marks the actual tenant owner — and only them — as Owner.

My Profile: avatar uploader, display name, read-only role, My Notifications panel and the signature card below. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Display name saves locally and updates the person's own row.
  2. 2The role field is read-only, with the (Owner) suffix shown only when the signed-in user's id matches the organisation's recorded owner.
  3. 3The tab embeds the personal notification panel, the Academy toggle and the signature settings.
Why we built it

Personal identity was tangled with company identity. The Owner suffix carries its own bug note: it 'tagged every admin as Owner because of a leftover single-tenant assumption — Theraflect (an admin employee) saw himself labeled Admin (Owner)'.

The problem
  • Every admin was labelled as the account owner.
  • Personal preferences had no home separate from company settings.
