Not-legal-advice warnings you can't miss

Every surface that hands you a contract body says, in the same words, that it's a starting point and needs a lawyer in your state.

What it is

A persistent amber banner sits at the top of the template library, above the template editor, and inside the 'Use this template?' confirmation. The library copy names the specific risks: 'Construction contracts vary by state (mechanic's lien notices, prompt-pay laws, licensing disclosures, etc.). Have the template reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before using it with customers.'

How it works
  1. 1Library modal: banner pinned between the header and the scrolling card list, so it is seen before any pick.
  2. 2Editor: the same warning renders above the body textarea and stays there regardless of where the body came from.
  3. 3Confirmation modal: a third reminder inside the 'Use this template?' dialog before the copy is created.
Why we built it

The editor's banner carries its own note on why it never goes away: it 'Stays in place even after picking a catalog template since the legal-review point applies regardless of starting source.' A one-time dismissible warning would be gone by the time it mattered.
