A drawn graph: capabilities as nodes ringed by tier, edges between the ones that feed each other, each edge carrying the sentence a rep says to connect them. Hovering or selecting a node focuses its links.
Also called: how my tools connect · disconnected systems · integration map · why nothing talks to anything
- 1Nodes are laid out in fixed rings by tier at fixed angles — no force simulation.
- 2Edges are declared from whichever side reads better and merged into one undirected set, keeping the strongest declaration and the fuller sentence.
- 3A link runs hot when both ends are gapped.
- 4Selecting a node from the map, the rail or a box keeps all three in step.
The component argues the case: 'A ranked list tells a rep what to say first. It cannot show a prospect the SHAPE of their problem — that their photo tool, their portal gap and their stage tracking are one broken path rather than three unrelated complaints. That picture is what makes a builder say "I hadn't connected those" out loud, which is the moment the deal actually turns.' The layout is fixed because 'reps use this on live calls and need to know where things are without hunting; an organic layout that reshuffles on every render would be prettier and materially worse.'
- Separate complaints were treated as separate problems.
- A moving graph layout made a live call harder, not easier.
