A strip per chain, showing its promise and each step's state along the line. A chain only earns the full treatment once two of its steps are confirmed broken; below that it stays quiet.
Also called: lead to cash · where the money leaks · broken process · chain of steps
- 1Chains are declared in the catalog with a name, a promise and their ordered steps.
- 2Each step takes its state from the same findings the panel captured.
- 3Two or more confirmed breaks light the chain as a live diagnosis.
- 4Clicking a step jumps to that capability's box.
Stated in the component: 'A ranked list is a to-do; a broken chain is a diagnosis. Reps close on the second one, because "you've got five separate gaps" invites a shrug and "here is your lead-to-cash line and here are the four places it snaps" is a picture the prospect can still see on the drive home.' The two-break threshold exists because below that 'it is a guess wearing a diagram.'
- A list of gaps invites a shrug; a broken line does not.
- Diagrams drawn on thin evidence overstate the case.
