A triage screen that opens after a sync when there are new jobs. Bringing one in active creates its pipeline card and contact; archiving keeps it visible but quiet in the Estimates archive, restorable later. Processed jobs are stamped so future syncs skip them entirely.
Also called: new jobs from the estimating software · archive old quotes · don't import everything · estimate groups
- 1New, un-triaged jobs are listed with name, status, created and modified dates and quoted price.
- 2Bulk pickers cover date filters, select-all and group assignment.
- 3Choose active or archive per job, or in bulk.
- 4Each processed job gets a triage timestamp so it never appears in the modal again.
- 5Jobs can be tagged with a free-form group label created inline — a dashboard-only label, never synced outward.
A first sync against a builder with years of history would import every old job as live work, burying this month's real projects under a decade of finished ones. Triage makes the import a decision rather than a dump: you choose which jobs come in active and which are archived quietly. Each job is only ever asked about once, so a sync a month later doesn't re-open work you already sorted.
- A first sync flooding the dashboard with historical work
- Being re-asked about the same jobs on every sync

Twenty minutes, your numbers, no slide deck. We’ll build one of your real buildings in front of you and send you the estimate link at the end — yours to keep either way.
