Daily health sweep and change notifications

A daily job snapshots every account's health and notifies only on what changed — a risk that got worse or a new high-severity alert — plus one digest of everything at risk.

What it is

The loop that turns the health model into action. It writes one snapshot per account per day, compares against the previous one, and emails the agency's owners when a risk level worsens or a new high alert appears, creating a task for the account owner to reach out. It never emails the customer.

Not a screen — show the output: the 'Accounts at risk' tile on Today, and the account's score/risk history chart built from daily snapshots. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Every account is snapshotted with its score, risk, milestones, metrics and alerts.
  2. 2Risk deterioration — watch to at risk, for example — triggers an immediate email with the alerts spelled out plus a task.
  3. 3A newly appeared high-severity alert triggers the same.
  4. 4A daily digest of everything at risk or churning goes out only when there is something in it.
  5. 5Snapshots accumulate into a per-day score and risk history for the account.
  6. 6Today's strip reads the latest snapshot rather than recomputing, so the home screen stays fast.
Why we built it

The cron states the boundary: 'Never emails the tenant — this is the agency's retention loop.' Notifying on change rather than on state is deliberate — a daily list of the same at-risk accounts trains people to ignore it, so 'risk CHANGES notify once.'

The problem
  • A static at-risk list gets ignored within a week.
  • Health had to be looked at rather than arriving.
  • Recomputing health on demand made the home screen slow.

What you get
A deteriorating account produces an outreach task the same day.
The outreach carries the specific alerts, so the call is useful.
The health history per account is kept, so trends are visible.
