An admin-only editor backed by a GET/PUT API. PUT saves a NEW version and deactivates the old one — it never edits in place. Length is bounded at both ends: under 50 characters is rejected as 'too short to be a real agreement', over 50,000 as too long.

- 3Save confirmation: 'Saved as version N — new signings use it immediately. Already-signed contracts keep the text they were signed on.'

Built for a specific request, Chris) and gated deliberately: 'Admin-only: the sub agreement is a legal instrument, not a preference.' Versioning is justified in the same header: 'never edits in place, because signed acceptance records reference (agreement_id, version) and history must stay reconstructable. Signed snapshots are frozen text anyway; versioning here is about honest provenance.'
