Four steps are definitionally satisfied by being in their stage: sent in Estimate Sent, sent in Contract Sent, form received in Info Submitted, and log approval in Estimate Approved. They render as done, are not clickable, are labelled auto, and never count as outstanding work.

Standing in Estimate Sent is proof the estimate was sent, but the checklist still asked the rep to tick sent — and being told to do the thing whose completion is the stage reads as the platform not knowing what just happened. Steps the stage itself proves now render already ticked and never count as outstanding work. The same applies to the intake form arriving, the approval being logged and the contract going out.
