Three action cards — Report a problem (opens the reporter with this screen attached), Open the Academy (guided tours), Email support — followed by the phone number and support hours, the full contact directory with what each mailbox is for, and links to the terms, privacy, security and licence documents.
Also called: contact us · support page · phone number · who do I email · support hours
- 1Not admin-gated: it renders for every role
- 2Addresses come from one shared contacts module, never typed inline
- 3It states plainly which addresses are automated and unmonitored, so replies don't go nowhere
- 4'Blocked & can't invoice?' is called out with a same-day response promise
Nothing in the product printed a phone number. A builder who could not sign in, or who needed to talk to someone about a bill rather than a bug, had nowhere to look and went digging through old emails for whoever they had dealt with last. There is now a page inside the app carrying the support number, the hours, every department's email address and the three fastest ways to get help. Every role can reach it: a crew lead who hits a broken screen at seven in the morning needs it as much as the owner does.
- A product with no printed support contact anywhere in it
- Support routing hops caused by writing to the wrong mailbox

Twenty minutes, your numbers, no slide deck. We’ll build one of your real buildings in front of you and send you the estimate link at the end — yours to keep either way.
