Contact support — and book a call while you're there

Send a message to the team and, if you want, pick a real open time slot for a video call — booked on the spot.

What it is

The third fork. You describe what's going on; optionally tick 'Book a call to talk it through (Google Meet)', pick a day and time from genuinely open slots, and leave a phone number. Sending files a support request, emails the team, creates a task assigned to the support host and — when a slot was picked — books the appointment.

Solves
2 named problems
01Open times come from the support host's real availability — no artificial scarcity
02A slot taken between loading and sending returns 'That time just got taken — pick another' rather than double-booking
03The confirmation names the booked time back to you; without a booking it says someone will reach out shortly
The support form with 'Book a call' ticked, the day chips and time grid showing, and the confirmation naming the booked time. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Open times come from the support host's real availability — no artificial scarcity
  2. 2A slot taken between loading and sending returns 'That time just got taken — pick another' rather than double-booking
  3. 3The confirmation names the booked time back to you; without a booking it says someone will reach out shortly
  4. 4Unbooked requests create a task due in four hours with an hour-out reminder; booked ones are due at the call
Why we built it

Not every problem is a bug report. A builder halfway through a quote who needs five minutes with a person should not have to write it up as a ticket and wait, and 'email us and we'll find a time' is three days of back-and-forth before anyone actually talks. The support form sends a message and, if you want it, shows genuinely open slots for a video call and books one on the spot. The times offered are the real ones — no padding to look busy, because a support call moved twice is worse than no call.

The problem
  • Support requests with no path to a human conversation
  • Back-and-forth email to find a time for a call
