A vertical timeline of phases such as Permitting, Dirt Work, Concrete, Materials, Framing, Siding and Roofing, and Final Payment, each with a status chip, a mini milestone progress bar and an expandable checklist. Checkpoint lists honour the builder's per-project renames, hides and additions rather than only the hardcoded defaults.

Customers could see a phase was underway but not what underway meant, so they called to ask what happens next and when. Each phase carries its milestone checklist, ticked off as the crew completes the work. Phase names follow whatever the builder calls them on that particular build, so a barndominium reads "Slab / Foundation" and the same wording appears on the customer's dashboard, the office view and the contract. Photos group by the actual phase rather than pooling two custom stages together, and internal crew documentation stays out of the customer's view entirely.
