A photo grid plus a full-screen viewer. The lightbox supports previous and next buttons, left and right arrow keys, Escape to close, a click-outside close, and an index counter. Photos also appear inside their own phase in the timeline. An empty state tells the customer photos will appear as the build progresses.

Photos are the single most requested update on a long build and the thing customers forward to family, and they were being texted one at a time by whoever remembered. The dashboard carries a gallery with a full-screen lightbox. Crew documentation — the shots taken to prove a milestone or record a defect — is kept separate and never surfaces here, because a photograph of a problem is for the builder, not the buyer.
