A guard on customer text messages: the template's required tokens are extracted and checked against the resolved values, and an unresolvable token cancels the send. The company name is looked up automatically rather than demanded of every caller, because a text has no layout to identify the sender.

An email with a missing value still arrives inside a branded layout that explains itself, so the gap reads as a glitch. A text does not — "your estimate for is ready" just looks broken to the customer, it arrives on their personal phone, and there is no unsending it. If any value in a text template cannot be filled, the text is not sent at all.
