The Project Phases list in the cockpit. Each row has a drag grip, a colour bar, the stage name, its dates and duration, and its checkpoint count. Add Phase takes a type, name, start and end date. Deleting a phase requires typed confirmation.
Also called: add a stage to this job · reorder stages · drag stages · delete a phase
- 1Dragging the grip reorders the list; only the grip is draggable so the row itself stays clickable
- 2Adding a phase computes duration from the chosen dates and inserts it in start-day order
- 3Every change saves the project and re-pushes project_phases_sync so the customer portal stays in step
- 4An explicit line above the list says: 'Drag the grip on the left of any stage to reorder the build.'
A builder reported that stages ought to be draggable into a different order. They already were — the grip had worked from the start, and nothing on the screen said so, so a feature that existed got filed as missing and the builder had been reordering jobs the slow way for months. The list says plainly that stages can be dragged, alongside adding and removing them.
