The first thing a rep sees. Rank with a gold, silver or bronze medal for the top three. Score in large mono digits. Then two callouts: a green '#1 in Speed to Lead — you're leading the team here' when they lead anything, and a neutral 'Biggest opportunity: Time to Quote' carrying that metric's how-to-win-it tip.
Also called: my rank · what should I work on · personal scorecard · am I winning
- 1Best metric = the lowest rank across all metrics; the win callout only shows when that rank is exactly 1.
- 2Weakest = the highest rank among the metrics that actually feed the score, ignoring metrics with no data.
- 3The opportunity card renders the metric's tip verbatim from the catalog.
- 4Provisional reps get a pill explaining their score will firm up.
The view header sets the tone rule: 'wins are celebrated, the weakest spot is framed as the next opportunity, never a failing grade.' The weakest metric is chosen only from the scoring metrics so the advice is about something that actually moves the rep's rank.
- Scoreboards demotivate when they only show a deficit.
- Reps could not tell which of six numbers to focus on.
