Email settings

Everything about this company's email — channel status, the address it sends from, DNS setup with a verify poller, the white-label link domain, and email costs.

What it is

The sibling of the phone tab. It carries channel status, the sending-domain setup (either an easy platform subdomain or the company's own domain with DNS records and verification), the custom link domain, and email usage with its own rate card.

The Email tab: channel status row, sending-domain card with DNS records, then Usage & costs. EmailChannelTab.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1The pricing payload carries rates, the sending binding status, the pending domain and its DNS records, and usage.
  2. 2A pending domain shows the records to create and polls for verification.
  3. 3The custom link-domain panel is embedded here, which is why the legacy domain deep link lands on this tab.
  4. 4A pointer card sends anyone looking for email design over to Email Studio.
Why we built it

Same split as the phone tab: each channel now carries its own setup and its own prices. Deliverability is the reason the sending domain matters — email sent from a shared platform domain lands differently than email sent from the builder's own verified domain.

The problem
  • Email setup and email pricing lived in a hub shared with phone.
  • There was no self-serve path to a verified sending domain.

What you get
Email is configured and costed in one place.
A builder can move from the platform subdomain to their own domain without support.
