The Voicemail tab with Everyone/For me chips and a message showing its quoted transcript above the player. PhoneDock.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1A voicemail is defined as a call with a recording and NO talk time
  2. 2Transcripts render as quoted italics above the player
  3. 3Search matches the caller's name or number
Why we built it

The voicemail list was defined as "calls with audio", which was correct right up until answered calls could be recorded too — at which point every recorded conversation started filing itself as a voicemail. A builder opening Voicemail to find the message someone left got a list of calls they had answered themselves. A voicemail is a call nobody picked up that left a message, and the tab is now defined that way.

The problem
  • Answered-call recordings polluting the voicemail list
  • No dedicated place to work through messages

What you get
A true voicemail box
