What it is
The home-screen version of crew performance. Each crew shows completed stages, the number of distinct projects they were on, and average variance rounded to a tenth of a day. Crews marked inactive are hidden behind a toggle so a retired crew does not sit permanently in the comparison.

How it works
- 1Completed stage logs are grouped by crew id.
- 2Crew display names come from the stored crew list; a crew id with no stored record is treated as active so historical work still shows.
- 3Projects is the count of distinct project ids that crew completed stages on.
- 4Average variance is the mean of the crew's variance values.
Why we built it
The active/inactive handling exists so that disbanding a crew does not erase their history or clutter the current comparison — historical rows keep their crew even when the crew record is gone.

- Retired crews stayed permanently in every comparison.
- Historical work by a deleted crew lost its label.
