Marking a checkpoint complete opens a confirmation with Take Photo / Choose from Library. Photos land on that checkpoint and show as a '3 photos' pill on the row, expanding to thumbnails that open a swipeable lightbox. Already-completed checkpoints can have proof attached later, and multiple shots can be added at once.

Crews photographing a finished pour could attach one picture at a time, so most attached one and moved on — and a slab needs four angles to be worth anything six months later in a dispute. Worse, uploads that failed inside the mobile app failed silently, which is how a crew lead ends up certain he photographed something that is nowhere to be found. Checkpoints take several photos at once, and a save that fails says so on screen instead of swallowing it.
