Public booking links

A private link that opens a real month calendar of the host's genuinely free times, in the visitor's own timezone, and books in one screen with no login.

What it is

The page shows a month grid with an open-slot count on each selectable day, a column of times for the chosen day with taken ones struck through, and four fields — name, email, cell, anything we should know. It confirms in place and emails both parties. The page is never indexed, and /book with no token redirects away.

The booking page: month grid with 'N open' under selectable days, the time column beside it, and the four-field form. book/[token]/page.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1The link encodes which host, which meeting type, and optionally the pipeline card, a prefilled name and email, and an appointment being rescheduled.
  2. 2Times display in the visitor's local timezone with the host's timezone named when they differ.
  3. 3Booking re-checks the slot server-side; if it was taken in the meantime, a 409 refreshes the grid and asks for another time.
  4. 4The card it belongs to gets an SOP tick, an audit entry and a last-action stamp, and the appointment feeds the journey view.
  5. 5The whole card scales up on large screens so a big monitor gets a proportionally bigger calendar.
Why we built it

For the booking flow. The zoom scaling is the same format, scaled to the room available, rather than 'a small card floating in empty space'. Booking pages are 'hidden, signed links — never indexed, never listed'.

The problem
  • Scheduling by email tag
  • Timezone confusion
  • Race conditions between two people booking the same slot
