Three reminders to both the prospect and the host, each carrying a large Join the meeting button when a video link exists.

What it is

The prospect's email leads with a reminder headline; the host's version is headed Tomorrow, In an hour or Starting now, and links straight to the pipeline card. The 5-minute reminder is styled as an action; the earlier ones as information. The day-before reminder also carries the reschedule link.

How it works
  1. 1The sweep looks at scheduled, non-Google appointments starting within about 24.5 hours.
  2. 2Each reminder writes its own stamp on the appointment, so it cannot repeat.
  3. 3The Google Meet link is created when the appointment is booked and mirrored into the emails.
Why we built it

The lifecycle header states the shape: reminders 'to the prospect AND the host, each with a big "Join the meeting" button when there's a Meet link'. Reminding the host as well as the attendee is deliberate — a no-show is as often the seller's fault.
