Booked inside the day? Then no “tomorrow” note

If the meeting was booked less than 24 hours out, the day-before reminder is skipped entirely and the sequence goes straight to the one-hour note.

What it is

The rule measures lead time from when the appointment was BOOKED, not from now — that is the fact deciding whether a day-ahead heads-up was ever possible.

How it works
  1. 1The sweep computes booked lead time as start minus created time.
  2. 2The 24-hour reminder only qualifies when that lead time was at least 24 hours.
  3. 3Otherwise the appointment falls through to the 1-hour and 5-minute steps.
Why we built it

Quoted in the sweep: “there needs to be proper logic for when somebody books an appointment within the 24 hour window — then it should just be the confirmation, and then go straight to the 1 hour notification.” The bug is described exactly: 'a slot booked three hours out qualified for the 24-hour reminder and fired one immediately — headed "Tomorrow", for a meeting this afternoon, seconds after the confirmation said the same thing. The confirmation already IS the day-before note when the booking is made inside the day.'
