Platform metrics, alerts and charts

MRR, ARR, ARPU, net new, churn rate, trial conversion and tenant totals, with three clickable alert cards and twelve-week signup and plan-distribution charts — visible to the owner alone.

What it is

The analytics section of Home. Three alert cards — trials expiring in seven days, payment failures in thirty days, accounts idle fourteen or more days — each filter the tenant table when clicked and read 'All clear' when they are zero. The whole section is gated on the billing capability, so sales and support never see revenue whether or not it is expanded.

The Analytics section: six metric cards, three alert cards with one highlighted as an active filter, and the signup bar chart beside plan distribution. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1One summary call computes revenue, signup and churn trends, trial conversion, payment failures, integration adoption and plan distribution.
  2. 2Alert cards are disabled at zero rather than clickable and empty.
  3. 3Clicking an alert card filters the account table beneath it.
  4. 4The signup chart shows twelve weeks; plan distribution shows count and estimated revenue per tier.
  5. 5The account table exports to CSV with twenty-six columns per account.
Why we built it

The capability boundary is stated in the page: 'Revenue is billing.view — sales and support never see MRR, ARR, ARPU or plan revenue, whether or not the section is expanded.' The account-age helper carries its own correction: flooring into 30-day blocks meant 'thirty-nine days and fifty-nine days both rendered a flat "1 mo" and the remainder silently vanished', and account age was being mistaken for a billing count.

The problem
  • Business health required assembling numbers by hand.
  • Revenue was visible to anyone with panel access.
  • Rounded account ages misled people into reading them as billing cycles.

What you get
Churn, conversion and revenue are one screen, updated on load.
The three things that need action today are clickable filters.
Money is structurally invisible to staff who do not need it.
