Completing a review stores the full member list with each person's role and status, the reviewing admin, and the time. Past reviews are listed for the org. It is an admin-only action, and it is itself audited.

'We review who has access regularly' is a line in a policy until somebody asks for proof — an insurer, a commercial customer's security questionnaire, a general contractor's procurement team. The honest answer at that point is usually a memory of a conversation, and the contract stalls while somebody assembles one after the fact. An admin can now freeze a dated snapshot of exactly who had access at what role, signed with their name, and hand it over later as a record rather than a claim.
