Pre-written campaign wording that passes review

The campaign description, opt-in narrative and sample messages are written for you in the shape reviewers accept, and refreshed when the wording improves.

What it is

Generated campaign copy for the one use case every tenant here shares — a post-frame builder texting back leads who filled in a form. Written to the carriers' length and content requirements: description 40–4096 characters stating sender, recipients and purpose; a message flow of 40–2049 characters documenting consent; and two to five samples carrying the brand name with variable content in brackets.

3 named problems
01The message flow names the exact opt-in page, states the consent box starts unchecked, and carries frequency, rates, STOP/HELP and the policy links inside the narrative
02A version number is bumped whenever the wording changes
03The wizard compares the stored draft's version and refreshes the COPY fields when it is behind, leaving the business details the tenant typed alone
The wizard's Messages step: generated description, message flow and three editable sample texts. A2pWizardModal.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1The message flow names the exact opt-in page, states the consent box starts unchecked, and carries frequency, rates, STOP/HELP and the policy links inside the narrative
  2. 2A version number is bumped whenever the wording changes
  3. 3The wizard compares the stored draft's version and refreshes the COPY fields when it is behind, leaving the business details the tenant typed alone
Why we built it

Carrier reviewers accept a very particular shape of wording, and getting it wrong costs a fee and days of waiting. Worse, a saved draft outlived its own rejection: one account was about to refile, word for word, the exact text the carriers had just turned down, because the wizard restored the draft in preference to improved wording. The campaign description, opt-in narrative and sample messages are now written for you in the shape that passes, and the wording is versioned so an improvement actually reaches the next filing.

The problem
  • Builders drafting carrier compliance narratives from scratch
  • Rejected wording being refiled unchanged
  • Samples that fail length or brand-name requirements
