What it is
The compact view. A line reading '38 of 61 milestones reached · we celebrate each one with you', the six usage stat tiles, and four cards for the ladders nearest their next tier with a progress bar on each. 'Show all ladders' expands to the full grouped grid.

How it works
- 1Fetches the caller's own ladder and usage stats.
- 2Reached and total tier counts are summed across categories.
- 3The four preview cards are the categories with a next tier, sorted by progress descending.
- 4Renders nothing at all until the data arrives, so it never flashes an empty block.
Why we built it
. The component is described as the builder's own view of the same derived ladders the agency sees, kept read-only: 'Values are derived — nothing here is clickable.'
The problem
- Achievements are worthless if you have to go looking for them.
- A full badge grid on the home screen would be noise.
