Derived usage figures presented as a personal record rather than surveillance. 'Most time in' names a module — Estimates, Pipeline, Projects. 'Most time on' names the record in focus most often, a customer or job by name.
Also called: how much time do we spend in here · sessions · longest session · what do we use most
- 1Sessions, active seconds, module seconds and focus seconds are rolled up from the usage pulse.
- 2Average session, longest session, total hours and distinct active days are computed from those.
- 3The top module and top focus label are the highest-total entries in each map.
- 4Module keys are translated to human labels before display.
The ladder categories treat time as a business fact, not vanity: 'Time here is time on the parts of the business that pay', and for active days, 'Consistency compounds. Day after day, it adds up to a different business.'
- Nobody could tell which modules were carrying the work.
- Time sunk into one demanding customer was invisible.
