A generated catalogue blended from every priced SmartBuild estimate in two tenants: Framing 27, Sheathing 14, Trim 24, Accessories 29, Doors & Windows 11, Trusses 138, Foundation 2, Freight 1, Labor 6. Each row carries unit (LF or ea), cost, sell, SKU where the source lines had one, how many priced lines it was drawn from, and which tenants priced it.

- 1The Materials settings tab gives search (name and SKU) and category grouping, because trusses alone is 138 rows and nobody scrolls that.
- 2Only EDITED rows are stored — 252 materials times two numbers is a lot of JSON for a tenant who changed four, and storing the untouched ones would freeze today's defaults into their account so re-running the extractor could never improve their numbers.
- 3Overrides live in the same column as the usage rows under a mat: prefix — one column, two namespaces.
- 4The line count on each row signals confidence: a row built from 3,000 lines is firmer than one built from two.

Every lumber size on a post-frame job — 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10, 2x12, 6x6 — carries its own price, and a book that lumps them together loses the money in the rounding. Each material is its own row with its own cost, sell and unit, organised into categories and searchable, because a real yard list is long. The unit on each row is load-bearing: pricing a per-foot material as though it were sold by the piece once billed 29 feet of decorative timber as 29 trusses.
