A compare mode in the Versions modal. The older version is blue, the newer amber, and the difference reads green or red — distinct on purpose so every number in the diff is unmistakably tied to its version, including the checkmarks back on the list rows.

- 3The delta is computed and coloured by direction.
A list of totals answers how much changed but never why, which is the question the customer is actually asking on the phone. Any two versions can be put side by side to see what moved, with each version's numbers tied to its own colour so the two columns can never be read as one.
