The resolution of three different numbers a rep can be looking at — the working draft, the raw materials figure, and what was actually sent. It names the live version and its total, then flags drift: either a newer unsent version, or edits made after the last send that exist in no version row at all.

- 1The live figure is the pinned or newest customer-visible sent version.
- 2If a newer version exists but isn't live, the draft total is shown as 'not sent' with a prompt to make it live.
- 3If the latest version IS the sent one, the current pricing is applied to that version's own materials and compared — catching edits made on the tab afterwards.
- 4When drift is found, a button offers to send the update, naming the version number it will create.
Edits made after a send — a service removed, labour adjusted, markup changed — belonged to no version at all, so nothing on the screen said the customer was still looking at the old number while the builder was looking at a new one. A banner now states the exact figure the customer is seeing right now and whether the edits since then have reached them. It also settles the case that used to be ambiguous: nothing sent yet means the customer cannot see a price.
