The usage twin of the sales activity heatmap. Built from page-view events in local weekday and hour buckets, it shows whether an account is a mornings-in-the-office business, an evenings-after-site business, or has stopped opening the product at all.
Also called: usage heatmap · what hours do they work · weekday hour grid
- 1Page-view events in the last 30 days are bucketed into a 7 × 24 grid.
- 2Cell intensity is scaled against the busiest cell.
- 3Rendered in the account's Client Success panel alongside sessions and module heat.
The usage module lists the heat map as one of the questions it answers per org. For a vendor deciding when to call an account, knowing they are in the product at 6am and never after 3pm is operationally useful.
- Engagement patterns were reduced to a single last-seen date.
