ComputeProjectPayout collects the names of members with no tier and returns them. The payout panel names them and tells the reader where to fix it; the crew cost table flags how many people on the books have no tier and states the day rate is understated.

A man with no pay tier prices at nothing, which makes his crew's day rate look quietly cheap and the job's projected labour cost quietly wrong, with nothing on screen to say anything is missing. Anyone left untiered is named on the payout, so the number is either corrected or read knowing what it leaves out. Nobody gets paid nothing because a field was never filled in.
