A floating panel that snaps to whichever screen corner you drop it near (position remembered) holding four utilities: reset a test estimate back to 'just sent', reset imported leads, seed realistic test reps and leads that the live engines actually process, and a clean-slate wipe. Visible only to admins and only when the flag is on.

The funnel is long: send the estimate, get it approved, collect the customer's details, sign the contract, start the project, tick off the stage milestones. Anyone learning it, or checking that a change to it still works, has to walk the whole thing more than once — and inventing a new fake customer for every rehearsal gets tedious on the second pass and risky on the fifth, when a made-up name has started to look like a real one. An admin-only panel runs the funnel over and over on throwaway data and wipes it when you are done.
