A tab on the sub-account that shows the whole correspondence oldest-first and a composer beside it with four channels. Internal notes are visually distinct and never leave the building; failed sends show the reason on the row. Texting is offered but explicitly disabled while the agency number is still in carrier registration.
Also called: did we tell them · client correspondence · account thread · support history · vendor communication log
- 1Pick a channel — Email, Text, Log a call, Internal note — and the composer changes to fit it.
- 2Calls record an outcome (answered, no answer, voicemail, busy) and optional duration.
- 3Sends go out under the Leads 2 Build brand and are recorded as they go, with delivery state on the row.
- 4The roster shows each account's last message and how long ago, so 'who have we gone quiet on' is a scan.
- 5A blocked channel says why it is off instead of silently failing.
The API header is the story: 'Every builder we email — an A2P rejection, a bug they filed, "your texting is live" — was previously recorded only in whoever's sent folder happened to write it. "Did we tell Brad?" had no answer anyone else could look up.'
- Correspondence with a customer lived in individual sent folders.
- A failed send looked identical to a delivered one.
- Internal context and customer-facing messages had no shared home.
