One-tap task presets per junction

The two to four things people actually do at this junction, offered as one-tap fills for the task title.

What it is

At the contract step the chips are 'Review the contract', 'Amend it', 'Create a new one'. Tapping one fills the title; tapping it again reverts to the junction's default. The free-text field stays open for everything the presets do not cover. Junctions can also pre-write the NOTES — the parties, the amounts, what is outstanding — in a resizable box.

Why we built it

The comment gives the reason and the complaint behind it: presets exist 'not because those are the only possibilities, but because a vague note written in a hurry is useless by the time it fires. ("You set a task and it's too vague and then you come back days later and can't even remember what you were supposed to do.")' The resizable notes box is junctions that pre-write six or eight lines of detail turn a fixed three-row box into a peephole.

The problem
  • Vague hurried task titles
  • Pre-written detail clipped by a fixed-height box
