The colour chart, the door and window catalogue, the material price list, the starting models, panel groups and cupola options are all readable — and pricing is writable.

What it is

Catalogue access across the SmartBuild API: colours with hex and manufacturer codes, doors and windows with SKU, category, description, width, height and style, material pricing with cost, price, hidden flag, unit of measure and selling unit, starting model templates with their iso images, a starting model's job data for creating new jobs, per-job panel groups (3D geometry) and cupola options.

How it works
  1. 1Colour hexes from GetColors are the source of the builder's own preset palette, so an in-house render looks like a real steel package.
  2. 2getDoorsAndWindows is the calibration reference for the in-house opening catalogue's default sizes.
  3. 3getPricing and setPricing read and write the material price list, optionally per builder id.
  4. 4getStartingModel returns a template's job data for creating a new job from it.
  5. 5The extraction script that builds the platform's own 252-material catalogue is fed by these priced lines.
Why we built it

The in-house builder's colours, opening size ladders and material prices had to come from somewhere, and inventing them would have produced a tool that quotes buildings no supplier recognises. They are reconciled against what the incumbent engine actually returns for real jobs. That is also what makes the two comparable: a shop can quote the same building both ways and see whether the numbers agree before trusting either.
