Per-rep breakdown

A modal with one rep's score, rank, leads, wins, close rate and every metric with its value, org rank and a plain-English context line.

What it is

Opened from the standings. Header carries the name, You/Provisional tags, rank and score. Three summary chips: leads worked, deals won, close rate. Then every metric in the catalog as a row with its value, its rank chip, and a sentence like 'won 5 of 14 leads (36%)' or 'Not enough data yet.' A footer restates the privacy rule.

The modal: name + Rep Score 71/100 in the header, three chips, then six metric rows each with a #rank and a context sentence. RepDetailModal in LeaderboardView.tsx. Sample data — no customer information appears here.
How it works
  1. 1Reads the rep row already in the payload — no second request.
  2. 2Each metric row builds the same context line the chart tooltips use, so the wording never diverges.
  3. 3Escape or a backdrop click closes it; it portals to the page body so no parent transform can clip it.
Why we built it

The footer states the boundary the whole feature lives inside: 'Same numbers this rep sees on their own board. Ranks are within the team for the current range. You never see anyone's individual leads or contacts — only their scores.'

The problem
  • Comparing one rep across six metrics meant reading six charts.
  • No single place showed a rep's sample sizes beside their values.
