"Everything arrived" is one tap

Receiving opens with every line marked fully arrived, so only the exception costs typing.

What it is

Entering receiving mode pre-fills each line at its ordered quantity with zero missing and zero damaged. A header button re-applies it at any point. The person receiving only touches the lines that went wrong.

Also called: mark all received · prefill receiving · fast receiving

Why we built it

The comment: 'Pre-fill "everything arrived" — the common case, so the exception is what costs typing rather than the norm.'

The problem
  • Confirming hundreds of correct lines by hand
  • A slow receiving pass is a receiving pass nobody does
