What it is

A small phone control beside the bug reporter on every screen of every account. It toggles the dock open and closed, badges the callback queue count, and shows a pulsing dot while a call is in progress.

Why we built it

A phone you have to navigate to is a phone you do not pick up, and a call list you have to open is a call list that grows. A permanent phone button sits in the top chrome showing how many people are waiting to be called back, and pulses while a call is live. The number of people owed a call is visible without opening anything.
